Kenny Chesney Sets New Record in Boston At Gillette Stadium- Photos

Kenny Chesney’s fans set a new record in Boston over the weekend. According to a press release shared by Chesney’s team, the country singer took the stage at Gillette Stadium in front of a record-setting crowd of 121,624 people over two nights. “It takes a lot of focus to make records, but it’s the No Shoes Nation that feeds me,” Chesney says of playing the shows in Boston. “When we started listening to the tapes for the live record, it really struck me how much this music means–and how much the people who come out to these shows feed my soul. There are no words for it… beyond, just, ‘wow.’” This year’s shows–his 16th and 17th at Gillette Stadium–bring No Shoes Nation’s ticket total to 968,612 since 2005. One night he had Midland and Thomas Rhett out there on stage with him and the second night Old Dominion took the stage to entertain No Shoes Nation… incredible. Just look at these photos…
