It must be a sellers market right now in Tennessee because not only is Blake Shelton selling his childhood home, and Jason Aldean trying to sell his hunting lodge but Kelly Clarkson has also, reportedly put her Tennessee mansion on the market. According to The Tennessean, the 20,121-square-foot mansion in Hendersonville, Tennessee, is selling the home for $8.75 million. Built in 2007, the house sits on six acres of waterfront property on Summit Lane and includes seven bedrooms with eight bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The basement also features a bar with custom horse saddle bar stools, a theater, and four built-in bunk beds. Outside, the property features a saltwater pool, spa, sand volleyball court, and private dock. Clarkson shared the home with her husband Brandon Blackstock and their two kids also live there, as well as Blackstock’s kids from his first marriage.
